Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Clear photos or video showing the fault or damage

Return Approval

All return requests must be reviewed and approved before any item is sent back.

Items sent without prior approval will be refused and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Unapproved returns sent to this address will not be accepted.

Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition (unless faulty)

  • The item must be returned with original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

If a return is approved, instructions will be provided.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind

  • General wear and tear

  • Tarnishing or fading over time

  • Damage caused by exposure (including water conditions, chemicals, perfumes, or improper care)

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
