We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colours exactly as they appear.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

4. Orders & Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier delays.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival, within 7 days of delivery.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

All return requests must be submitted via email with supporting evidence.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • General wear and tear

  • Tarnishing or fading over time

  • Damage caused by improper use or care

7. Warranty

We offer:

  • 30-day quality guarantee for manufacturing defects

  • 6-month colour warranty under normal use

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper use, care or storage

  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, saltwater or chlorine

  • Gradual changes to the jewellery's finish resulting from individual wear and environmental exposure

All warranty claims are assessed individually to determine whether they meet the applicable warranty conditions.

These warranties are provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

8. Jewellery Disclaimer

Our jewellery is designed to be water-friendly and tarnish-resistant.

However, all jewellery is subject to natural wear over time depending on usage and environmental exposure.

We do not guarantee that products will remain unchanged under all conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solara Earth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
